muffin day

On Monday the 31st of August Gena Julia and Shamay from room13 did a pride challenge.Their pride challenge was muffin day.They made the muffins at home.And then they got a table from school and a big peace of paper and lots of felts.At lunch they set up the table and started to selling some muffins out side room 13.They sold them for 15c each.They did it for every day till Monday.They raised 31$ and 50c.all the money that they rased went strait to the r.s.p.c.a.

FIZZ,BANG,POP mystery mix

on Tuesday we did this cool FIZZ,BANG,POP thing.I will tell you who was in my group there was TUSCANY,IZZY,TAYLOR,OLIVIA and ME.I will tell you what we did in mystery mix. Well first we got a big plastic bag then we put in some tartic and some baking soda then we put water in a canister then we pored food colouring in. Next we put some damp rid in the bag then shook it and it went really hot. We passed it round and when Taylor gave the bag to me it blew up!

pride challenge

On Thursday the 22 of October 2009 me and Piper picked up rubbish around the school for a pride challenge. We got a big bag from the office. We found a lot of rubbish, half of the rubbish was glad wrap that is bad for the environment. We did it at morning tea and lunch. We got half a bag full!

fizz! bang! pop! chemical pop gun

On Thursday we did a wicked science experiment we made a chemical pop gun. First we got some baking powder and wrapped it in tissue paper, then we put malt vinegar in. We went out side, put the baking soda in the bottle, put a cork in the top and waited for something to happen. After 2 minutes something happened. It all started to foam and the cork started to come off. The cork rocketed right off and flew 24m.

fizz! bang! pop! is a cool part of pai time at windsor school in yr 4. fizz! bang! pop! is chemistry and science . for our first experiment we made quicksand by using flour and water, for our second experiment we found out how to blow a ballon up without using our mouths are third experiment was a lemonade experiment we got a bottle of lemonade and we could do anything with it kick it, shake it, throw it and step on it,for our fourth one we used vinegar and quick eze which are lollys that we stuck on the top of a mini container where the vinegar was we had to wait quite a while for it to blow up and at the end a big finally.

Pai time/mentos experiment

On Monday the 12 of October team weka did pai time we did lots of experiments like making quicksand,making bubbles fly,building hard balls,and making fire extinguishers.My fingers got in the quicksand and I could not get it of it.At the end we made a huge big Bang with the mentos experiment.The end

Science day

On Monday it was SCIENCE DAY!!!!!! we went to 5 classes +our class. At the end of the day we had a FIZZ BANG POP!!! with diet coke , coke zero and sprite , and it was so much fun because we put mentos in the bottles;-) But now it is time for the big one!!! here we go>

My cat came down from Invarargill on Sunday, at first she was shi but now shes really settling in. Back in Invcargell she didint like me but now she really likes me.

On the 24 of September it was OPPOSITE DAY at Windsor school.We had to dress up all wacky and OPPOSITE. I put on some Jeans and a skirt over top I also put on a backwards top and a
Jersey. Every one else looked really wacky too.

Opposite day!!

Hi, today at school we are having OPPOSITE DAY!!!! That means we can dress up as WACKY as we can.I dressed up with weird socks on, cut jeans, a pink thermal underneath another pink t-shirt, some high jandals and my cozy pink dressing gown also a very funky mask.At lunch a couple of people came up to me and said "who are you?" and i pulled my mask off and said "it's me, Claudia" and they were like "oh".It's really fun today being OPPOSITE and also some of the boys were dressed up as girls! One last thing is that all the glorious money will go to the awesome Ronald MC Donald house in New Zealand:)

School Swimming!!!!!

last week on Monday School swimming at Qe2 started.We had to get into the pool and swim as far as we can.I swam 3 quaters of the pool at Ellie one of the swimming coaches.The other people in my group were Taylah B and Thomas.My other best friend called Piper is in a group just behind us.On the seccond Thursday Thomas wasn't here because he was on holiday.The other day it was our swimming teachers birthday and today it was Pipers teachers birthday.On friday we have to bring our p-js to Qe2 to swim in.

School swimming!

Hi, every day for 2 weeks room 13, 14, 15, 16 and many other classes go for swimming at QEII.
To sort us into our groups we had to swim as far as we could and if we got right down to the end we were in the highest level at QEII. When we finished getting into groups we got into the pool our teacher asked us for our names and we then did some freestyle down to the end of the pool.
Our lessons are only half an hour long and on Friday we are learning to swim in our pyjamas.

j-mac story

At the age of two J-mac was diagnosed with autism, it was his life time dream to play basketball. But he couldn't play for the basketball team so he became the manager. The coach said that maybe he could play so he got ready, then he called number 15, it was J-mac's number. With 3.46 minutes to go the first shot missed but the next shot scored. Shot after shot it was like he was unstoppable. After that he became a local hero.

My pride challenge

Hi I am Piper and me and my friend Taylah did a pride challenge called LOLLY FUN.For LOLLY FUN taylah and me had to choose the things we should make it with.
Things me and taylah need to do our pride challenge:
glue , cardboard , coloured pens , vivid , 3 balls , instructions , counters , three little bins , dice and our ideas.Our pride challenge was very cool and I hope you get to see it sometime but for now its staying at home.

On Friday we had freaky Friday and it was fun fun fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun.And people looked really freaky really really freaky.So thats pretty much all the end.

P.E AND MUSIC

Hi I am piper and today I would like to talk about P.E and music, we had a great time in music because we played a game called SHARK ON THE LINE ,to play that game we of course had music and people eaten by a shark ,when the music was major (which means happy)we crawled on the floor ,when the music went da da da da we stand up and the last one that stands up gets eaten by a pretend shark . For P.E we began to do relays (they were fun) and we practiced to hold a baton .In my team there was me , Claudia , Danielle and Jordan . Everyone had alot of fun in P.E and music and wanted to try athletics and play a instrument now maybe you could do it to.

Year three and four do cool and fun activates every Friday and we have lots of fun.The activate that I and some other people did was drama.And guess what the people in drama are going to preform our plays which is really really exciting.And the one my group might do has 40 pages long.But we don't have enough sheets for everyone but if we did it would take me all afternoon to practice my lines by the way I'm the fox.the end.

today we went to music and we sang one of my favorite songs twice it was 21 guns by green day after that we had to make lyrics for its chorus about Windsor school and if you finished early you could also make some verse's about it to I wrote its lyrics it was really fun and at the end of the session we played candle stick tag that was also really fun that's all I can write for now seya wouldn't want to be ya = )

Dog watch

On i and my family went to the dog watch because my mum & dad where thinking of getting a dog. But i saw this really cool dogand the others were quit exited
my dog was aloud on mums bed and he did two thing real because my mum & dad had decided that we were getting a dog & we called it Zac the day we got him was quit funny because he was so excited when we got him because he started wagging his tail & jumping up & barking it was quit funny though.Once when we went to Australia whimpering all night on my mum & dads bed and he wasn't Norty that was he had ripped the spa cover off and he went on the tramp and ripped the side covers top.when we got back from Australia our dog was so excited that we were home he was wagging his tail alot.The next day we had invited Josselyn over for lunch because she looked after our dog Zac we all enjoyed the lunch that we had.

starship kids phones

Team weka has been busy collating cellphones for Starship kids they don't need a Sim card so if you have a cellphone bring it to Windsor school. It doesn't matter if it doesn't work or if it doesn't have a battery. We are going to get as many as we can so Starship Hospital can sell them to help the kids.

bmxing

Last Saturday I went Bmxing at a mud park with my mum and her Friend Aaron. When we got there Aaron did 4 wheel driving I felt very sick. After that I got my B.M.X .bike out and I got mum to get the rope out of the car and wrapped it around my handle bars. Then she wrapped the other end around the tow bar. My mum started driving off while I was still on the back. The thing I was trying to do was go up a ramp. I made it up the ramp.Then I went in the mud.

on thursday we did sport our sport was disckis at first we had to learn how to have our feet in posishon then we had to learn how to do some thing called the sandwich you had to put your hand upside down on your shoulder and the next thing was to learn how to hold a disckis and hold the disckis with your nuckles to the sky and then thro the disckis and see if it goes far

RM15 CELL PHONE SURVEY

Rm 15 have done a cell phone survey. On Tuesday we used some of our surveys
to work out calculations. Today Corban & I added more calculations
to Rm15's chart. It was hard!!!

movie madness

Hi i went crazy about movies in the holidays.I went to see Ice Age 3 dawn of the dinosaurs,bolt,transformers 2 revenge of the fallen,everybody's hero,harry potter and the half blood prince man I cant even remember them all but I know that they were all awesome and funny man do you wish you were me but I always felt sick at all of the movies thats all i can say bye =)

Pai time in room15!

In room15 or pai time we are learning about how many cell phones go to waste and how many are recycled. To get this information room15 got in groups of four and we thought up ideas for a survey. When we thought up some ideas we had to say them to the class and then we chose five of them to put on our survey. When we finished putting the survey together our teacher printed about 110 surveys for us to take home but we only got 10 to take home for our family to fill out. The next couple of days all of us had to bring the filled in surveys so we can collect the information. When we got all the phone numbers together we ended up with an amazing 355 phones just with the whole class!!We weren't expecting that many.

For art time we made stencil animals , to do that we had to get a blank piece of paper then do all sorts of animals, after that we got to chose are favourite animal ,then we were aloud to cut out the animal and colour it in and when we have finished cutting it out we could put it on a piece of cardboard, ta da we have a stencil animal.

For Pai time our topic is how has technology's changed over time and we are finding out new information all the time. We have done a survey about cellphones to see how many cellphones people have around the children of rm15's neighborhood. The information we collated went on a big sheet of paper then we put it on our wall.We have been on trade me to look for old and new technology's. We chose a technology to look up and found an old and new piece of that technology we chose.

WOW friday

Last Friday it was wow Friday and a we while before wow Friday we had to fill in this sheet.And it had the things we had to do and we had to put a 1 nere the one we like the best and a 2 beside the one you like second and you put a 3 beside the one you like quit a bit.But when we did wow Friday activates some of us didn't like the ones that they were doing.And some of the people liked or loved there activates.And it was really fun the end.

MY TRIP TO IRLAND

Last year me and my dad got ready for a long trip to Irland, and we wour going to stay their for 6 weeks! We needed a lot of stff like pajamas and my Teddy's of cores. Our first place we needed to go to was Christchurch. Next we had to fly to Australia, and went to the flight gate and went to our next flight. Finaly we got to Hong Kong, at Hong Kong to have lunch before we went to are next flight. After 3 day we finaly got to Irland, we had to wait a long time. We stayd Thear for 6 weeks!!! and came home again.

the movie

On Saturday I went to see transformers it was cool.I went with my cousin Michael. In the movie there was a few gross bits and a few funny bits. I put popcorn all over the place as wall as my drink of lemonade. the movie was two hours long I got very tired.I had to go toilet in the first 60 minints.Not long after the movie finished.Then I went home with my family when I got home I went to bed.

Sport

Today for sport we where playing a game called Battle ships. What we had to do is if the teacher called out "Bow"we had to run to the front of the ship, if she called out "Stern" we had to run to the back of the ship, if she calls out "Port" we had to run to the left side of the ship and if she called out "Stardom" we had to run to the right side of the ship.There is also some other things that the teacher said out like "scrub the deck" , "row boats in any number" and if she said "SHARKS" we had to get into a coloured hoop of 2 or 3 people.When we finished that game most of our class were exhausted.

Music and P.E

Every Thursday of the term rm15 has a music and P.E lesson. First is P.E is where we learn fun games and test our skill in games .Next is music where we learn stuff about music and sometimes make up our own out of our head.In P.E we play games and learn to do things like Olympic sports.At music Mr Hinton shows us music books sometimes or he tells us to get group's of 1 to 4 people to make a cool song using some instruments.It is so much fun trust me

PEACE BANNER

We did a peace banner a few weeks ago. We had to draw copies of the peace banner and then paint it on A ghost white fabric but we had to do it in pencil first.We had to do it in peace colors I did my peace banner with Thomas he had to plan it and everything because I was sick. After we finished are peace banner we had to have a picture with are peace banner it was really fun thanks for reading =)

In term 2 room15 started taking part in the Peace Banner.Kaiapoi borough school came up with the idea of the peace banner so they can send it oversees for world peace day.At school we were working extremely hard on our banners especially when we where doing art.For the peace banner we where in buddies,my Buddie was Piper also Bex came in to help us.The materials we used were paint,1 metre by 1 metre fabric for us to paint on and paper to draw our ideas on .When we where finished they looked excellent.

Last term in room15 we each made a paper face on a peace of paper.First we made a face shape using a pencil. Next we sniped skin ,hair and mouth peaces out of magazines. It was very hard to not get distracted by friends.We did it at school in art time in the afternoon.We had so much fun getting glue all over us.I still like to admire my face.

The Rutheford's den

When room 15 went to Ruthrord's den we had a group 1 2 3 4 or 5 & I was group 5.We had a clip bored & on the clip bored was paper, with thing we had to fiend out.In the den there was a ghost that talked to us.Rutheford's had lost of metals & inversions & we got a peas of paper & put on the metals then drew it came out cool.

On Thursday Mr Bush was sick that was when Mrs James came in to the class. We mad a poem of Pia the Pukeko it was really fun the poem went like this,
There once was a pukeko named Pai
Who really wished he could fly
He tried every day
But couldn't fly away
So I guess he wont fly in the sky.

Rutherfords Den

On Friday we went to Rutherfords Den we had to put on a cloak like in the olden days then we went in to the class room there were lots of scratches on the desks in the classroom. Then we got a sheet of paper with questions for some of the rooms. They were numberd 1 2 3 4 5 . My dad came and in my group we had me, Liam, Tuscany, Devin and Danielle . There were heaps of questions on the sheet of paper. I liked room 5 the best out of all of them and my secend favourite was room 1 and then room 2 and then room 4 and that was all the rooms in Rutherfords Den. In one of the rooms it was cool because it had lots of his inventions and in the same room there were all his medals. There were about 34 i think because thats what ethan thinks and thats what alex thinks too just like the rest of the class thiks so. Do you think that theres that much?...... room 15 loved the trip to the muesem and we also in enjoyed the trip to Rutherfords Den. We hope you will go there one day. So did you enjoy your trip? WACKY SCENTENCES

On 18th last week room15 had to have Mrs James.Mrs James had a activity for us to do.The activity was called ..... Wacky Sentences!!!We had 4 sheets of paper a black,orange,blue,and
green.We stuck the orange on then blue last but not least green.After we had finished they
looked AMAZING.

Pukeko art

On Wednesday room15 did some art.For our art we had to choose a background of the Wetlands then a picture of a Pukeko.After we did that we had to put red strips on the feet and beak,black strips on the wings and dark blue on the rest of the body.When we were finished we glued everything together and we hung them up.
They look awesome.

When Mrs James came to are room she did art. We picked a peukeko & started putting red blew & black paper on the peukeko.Then we picked a backgred to sick the peukeko.All the backgred where defenit.

panto pantomonium

On the 17Th of may i am going to the year 6 predation it is called the panto pandemonium .And it is really exciting because my sister is in it and my gran and guv.And when it was finished we all went home and had a hot chocolate.And the next night she had to do another preference.

Geting a book from the library

last week I got two books from the library and they were both dog books and the title of the dog books were dogs and puppy's and the other books title was the book of all the dogs in the world. In the dogs and puppy book there is some cool facts and in the book of all the dogs in the world there is lots and lots of different types of dogs in that book and I Love dogs, I love all sorts of dogs because I have a Labrador at home and he is very very cute and I take good care of him. When I get a house I want my room to be full of dog and Manchester united stuff. Their is basically nothing that I like except dogs.

In room15 we are making peace banners.Kaipoi borough school came up with the idea of the peace banner.To make the border we used our hand print next we were allowed to draw peace things in the middle of it.Then we were allowed to paint the pictures we drawe.Next we wait for the paint to dry and then we can draw more sings.We had fun.

cross country

On Monday it was Cross country we had to run two laps on the field and a extra block. We jumped over the tiers and the hay stacks.Their where sausage sizzles & burgers hot chocolates and coffee for the mothers.I came around the teens and twenty's.my little brother came seventh and did two laps around the field my oldest brother had to do six laps and a extra block he came around 9,8,7.I was tired after i ran two laps and a extra block.My mum was not there when i was running or my brothers.The sausage sizzles where one dollar.50 and the burgers where two dollars or two dollars.50 My twin brother Jack came seventh or ninth.After we had done cross country we went to room 16 too do an activity.

my old dog

This morning, I got up to ceak on my old dog eamon. I had to fead him so that he woudent starve. Eamon is a peasful dog, sometimes hes to lasy to get out of bed! My dog is a black labodoor and when he sees other dogs at the park he will allways want to play with them. He is a very very good dog indeed! When he sees me he will allways run to me and then he will ither sit or drop. Eamon is allso my best frend in the wold and he allways stays by my side. I realy realy love my old dog eanom.

A party for Ally cats

PEACE BANNER

Room15 is taking part in creating the worlds biggest peace banner for peace day.
We have groups of 2 or 3 all working on one banner,the banner is 1 meter long.
The banner has to have signs showing peace,my partner is Danielle.

3D shapes

On Wednesday we did art and we did 3D shapes.First we did a cylinder then we drew a 3D rectangle.For our cylinders we had to do the shading dark 2 light it was really hard.Then the teacher asked us to draw a city with 3D shapes as if a helicopter was staring down.

Cross countery

When room 15 went to the Cross country we had to run 2 laps of the filed and a extra block. We had to jump in tiers and the tiers was crowed.We where so tired but we where proud. I had a sausage sizzle and it was yum & there was burgers,coffee,hot chocolates.I come around the 10 & 20. My little brother 2 laps of the filed so he come around 6 & 10.I had fun at the cross country and I cheered for people. My Mum,Nana & Grandad came to the cross country.I watch my little brother run.

BUBBLES

In room14 we learnt about bubbles.we had to make bubbles with wire then we had to make a bubble stick .out of paper.It made really big bubbles it was really fun.I made a really big bubbles THEY WERE HOUMUINGIS.

in cross country i came 14 then my Mum brought me a hot choclate it was yummy then i went to class to get a drink of water but i had non then i saw callum run he came 5 i was saying go go then he finished my mum had to leave.

On Tuesday we went to room14 to do science . For science we did bubbles it was very very exciting .On Thursday we did bubbles to. We went in to groups of four we had 2 activates the first activity we had to do the first activity was one were you have to blow bubbles it was cool the 2 activity was when you have to make a bubble dome we made a big bubble dome then we had to write the answers to the questions that mrs D and then we went down to the mat and talled her the best bubble mixture for bubbles and the best mixture was my misterry i think i will by the mistery bubble mixture.

About three weeks ago room 15 went to room 16 for science.For our experiment we were learning how moon craters are formed so we got given a big tray of flour,a 1 meter long ruler,a 30 centimeter long ruler,a golf ball ,a tennis ball and a ping pong ball.Then we had to drop each of the balls from 10 centimeters,50 centimeters and 100 centimeters.After we did that,one of us had to write down how wide and how deep the crater was from the golf ball, the tennis ball and the ping pong ball.When we got the results, the golf ball had the deepest craters because it was such a heavy ball, the tennis ball was not far off but it was alot wider and the ping pong ball was completly smaller then the other balls.When we were finished all of us were completly covered with flour.

BUBBLES

On Tuesday room 15 went to room 14 for science.
We were learning about bubbles .
Our experiment was to use a metering board,a recording sheet and different detergents.
After we had our things we could get started we had to poor our detergent onto the metering board , put our straw in the detergent and blow until the bubble poped.
Then we had to meter it and record it on the sheet.

birthday girl

It is my birthday and I got a horse pillow,2 flower shaped pillows,a notebook,digi makeover,Katie perry(CD),slippers,bring it on (all or nothing),bring it on (in it to win),bring it on (again) and an umbrella.For my birthday I am going to QE2 on the hydro slides and then I am coming back to my house for food.The day before my party taylah blakeley is coming for a sleep over so we will be doing the 20 hour famine, the famine we will be doing is sleeping in a box and eating rice after 4.00 which will be super fun.

For science we went to room14 and the teacher told us things about bubbles.And then we got to have a tern at blowing bubbles.And it was really fun and when we got home our hands were really stiky when we got home.And we had to mesher the bubbles it was cool.

When room 15 went to room 13 for science.We were learning about things floating & sinking.
Our experiment was dropping things in the water.On Thursday we bought things to school for science and it was fun.We put red ,green blue and yellow in a straw. Room 13 Teacher tooled as to
tried to get all the color in the straw with out it mixing.

At school we made paper faces. First we had a bit of paper and we drew a face on it then we looked at magazines and I cut out eyes, nose, hair mouths and skin. I cut up little pieces of the hair and skin then glued them on my face. Then I glued my eyes ,nose mouth and hair on. When I was finished I cut out my face and we stuck it on the wall .

For art we are making peace banners. Oscar T`s mum helped us get some good ideas. We drew what we were going to do for the good one on a bit of pad paper so we can do it on the good copy.

World Peace banner

Every wendsday room 15 practice on our piece of our peace banner to get better & get new ideas. Some of our's got into publishing. We have to find our best one & do the same on a big piece of paper. We find the best colour's for our pictures then we paint it on the banner. Oscar T's mum helps.

True story.

hall sport

We did hall sport, we played tug a war then played a game like cricket. What you had to do is hit a ball. You had a bat then you hit the ball as hard as you can. Joel hit the light, cluck went the light. Then it was my turn i smacked it and got 6 runs! Wow but we won by 7 points, then we played
a better game, it was called put your shoes and socks on. Then we got some post cards and a pool pass for QEll, cool.

P.E

On Thursday we did P.E it was really fun it's called 'kick it'. It's when there's a team that bat's and when I say bat I mean kick and then there's the team that spreads out.My team was the first team to kick. The first time I kicked I sucked but then my second time I kicked the ball really really high but I got out because some one caught the ball.

In the hall we played tug of war and it was very fun. Joels team won and it was very hard. We played 3 ball cricket and 4 bat cricket. Joel hit the light with the ball and some of the metal bar that was covering the light and some of the bar came down. At the end we got 3 free pases to QE2.

paper faces

We made paper faces. It took a lot of work, it took about three weeks for the early finishers. They turned out great. They are all hand made. The one that I liked was Anna's one. It was fun.

On thursday we played kick it I was in piper's team piper made it to the first hopI was 2 and i made it to the 3 hop and the 2 time i tryed it i made it to the 5 hop then the 2 to last hop and the last time i made it to the last hop and then we had anther I we made it to the last hop WE HAD A LOT OF FUN.

super sport

A couple of weeks ago room15 played sport in the school hall with Lincoln University students ,it was so cool!!!!!First we played tug of war then we played three ball smash and last of all we played octopus those games were so cool. After we finished we got three post cards, a 2 for 1 pass at Q.E.II pools and a certificate of participation. When I got back to class I was so exhausted from those games.

We played some Lincoln University sports I liked tug of war best!!! it was awsome and for science in room 15 we did an erupting volcano and some sound waves with a timer. In room16 we were forming craters with golf balls ping pong balls and tennis balls BOOM!!!! In room 13 we are making stuff float on water with salt in the water, this is all really fun!!!! You have to try it!!!!!

For science in room16 we where in 6 teams. We dropped a ping pong ball, a golf ball and a tennis ball from 10cm, 50cm and 100cm. We had lots of fun doing this. I would like to do this again some time soon.

kiwi sport 2009

On Thursday 30 April room 15 went to the hall to play games with people from Lincoln University. We played 3 ball smash , 4 bat cricket & tug of war. I can't wait for them to
come back. It was really , really ,really , really , really , really , really , really , really , really
fun.

Stacking colours

On Wednesday my class went to room 13 for science . We got a straw and stuck it in coloured water and then put our thumb on the top of the straw & lifted it up and across to another bowl. Then we put the straw in to the water again and let go with your thumb and put it on again and hung it over a spare bowl & let go. Then we looked at the blob your straw made. Did your colours stack?

For science with Mr bush we did a sound check, including ...bags, air , sand ,water , rocks , leaves & bark & we used a timer to see if we can hear it behind the bags fill of the stuff that I mentioned before.In room 13 we had to get a straw and mix red,blue,yellow and green together except one at a time to make a traffic light drink.In room 16 we formed moon craters in flour we used a tennis ball a ping pong ball and a golf ball to make moon craters. For it we used different heights.

For a pride challenge I did a painting for the class it was really fun I wanted to do it because
I like painting. And it said room 15 rocks and it is very colorful with a rainbow in the background.
And I did the rainbow different colours and it looked really pretty when I finished it.

My Wekas Book.

I made a wekas book and it was fun. I used PRIDE to make my wekas book. It took me a long time to make it. I got my facts from Jacksons. I went to Jacksons to camp and got my facts from watching the wekas. At Jacskson's we stayed in a tent and it was fun. The wekas eat Berrys
and grubs and worms. Wekas are brown and the baby are a lighter brown. The baby wekas are so cute. My Nana & Grandad & Uncle came to.

room15,s topic.

In room15 we have been learning about science. In room16 we were learning how moon craters are made. In our classroom we made a volcano out of a bottle. On a different day we had a bag and we had to fill the bag with sand,water, nothing,air,stones and cotton balls then we had a timer and we had to put the bag to our ear. When the timer beeped we had say if we could hear it out of 1 to 5 when we heard it.

Room 15 SCIENCE !

We read a book about a little boy going on a school trip to the museum. He heard a voice just like his sister's. There was a volcanic-eruption. Some people were burned for 30-hours or minutes. Room15 made a volcanic-eruption.We used a small bottle. We used baking-soda,vinager,red food colouring and dish washing liquid. It made a big red eruption.It was all bubbly.

I went to the hydroslides woooooowweeee man what a head rush i felt like all my blood went into my head. It was hydroslide heaven I even went on the titan without a float it was awesome i felt like it would take for ever, thats what made it so fun!!!!! and it was the very same with the diving boards.

gymnasts

On Friday I went to gymnasts with room15 and room16. we had a spurge pit race it was fun.

School of gymnastics

Gymnastics was cool because we got to jump in a sponge pool and some of us got trapped and we could not get out of the pool and after we had a sponge pool race and room 16 came too.

You clip'climb

On Thursday 19 March 2009 room 15 went to clip'clmb and i got to the top of the marble run
fall off 5 times.i fall on mom by acsidint and Jayden .i was the first on the stills.i sliped on some
slipery ones.i hurt mysalf on the rat race because i couldn't get up and touch the buzzer on top
of the wall.(my mum came to).

QE2 2009

On Friday we went to QE2 and we went on the hydro slides and on two of the hydro slides you had to use a ring.

When room 15 went to the hydro slide we had to use lots of pride. When you are in the hydro slide you need to show respect and responsibility of the hydro slide.

Taking risk

On Thursday room 15 went to clip and climb and we had loads of fun. Some people were a little afraid of some climbs but we cheered them on. On Friday we went to QE2 and went on the diving boards and hydro slides that was fun too. On the hydro slides it was my first time and I found out it was really fun. On the diving boards I was a little afraid of the 2nd one we went on.On that same day we went to the school of gymnastic and that was really fun too, my favourite part was swinging.

QE2

On Friday room 15 went to QE2.We went to School of Gymnastics's and Wave pool.We also went on the Hydro slides and the diving boards.My favorite was the diving boards because
they encourage us to take risks.My second fave was the School of Gymnastics.

On Friday I went on the diving Board's and it was scary I went of the first one and the second one and I splashed into the water it was cool.

Hydro slides

On Friday room 15 went to the hydro slides. I went with Jordan and Olivia. We had a fantastic time. The hydro slides are at QE2. The names of the hydro slides were cruise, body bullet and the terror tube. I went down all over the hydro slides.

The cut

On Wednesday I Tripped over the chain and split my chin open it was gross. There was blood everywhere.I needed to go to hospital.
