The Rutheford's den

When room 15 went to Ruthrord's den we had a group 1 2 3 4 or 5 & I was group 5.We had a clip bored & on the clip bored was paper, with thing we had to fiend out.In the den there was a ghost that talked to us.Rutheford's had lost of metals & inversions & we got a peas of paper & put on the metals then drew it came out cool.

On Thursday Mr Bush was sick that was when Mrs James came in to the class. We mad a poem of Pia the Pukeko it was really fun the poem went like this,
There once was a pukeko named Pai
Who really wished he could fly
He tried every day
But couldn't fly away
So I guess he wont fly in the sky.

On Thursday we made pai pukeko.We take a long to make pie and even longer because we had to chose a background and pot our name on the background,this is how we made it .

Rutherfords Den

On Friday we went to Rutherfords Den we had to put on a cloak like in the olden days then we went in to the class room there were lots of scratches on the desks in the classroom. Then we got a sheet of paper with questions for some of the rooms. They were numberd 1 2 3 4 5 . My dad came and in my group we had me, Liam, Tuscany, Devin and Danielle . There were heaps of questions on the sheet of paper. I liked room 5 the best out of all of them and my secend favourite was room 1 and then room 2 and then room 4 and that was all the rooms in Rutherfords Den. In one of the rooms it was cool because it had lots of his inventions and in the same room there were all his medals. There were about 34 i think because thats what ethan thinks and thats what alex thinks too just like the rest of the class thiks so. Do you think that theres that much?...... room 15 loved the trip to the muesem and we also in enjoyed the trip to Rutherfords Den. We hope you will go there one day. So did you enjoy your trip? WACKY SCENTENCES

On 18th last week room15 had to have Mrs James.Mrs James had a activity for us to do.The activity was called ..... Wacky Sentences!!!We had 4 sheets of paper a black,orange,blue,and
green.We stuck the orange on then blue last but not least green.After we had finished they
looked AMAZING.

Pukeko art

On Wednesday room15 did some art.For our art we had to choose a background of the Wetlands then a picture of a Pukeko.After we did that we had to put red strips on the feet and beak,black strips on the wings and dark blue on the rest of the body.When we were finished we glued everything together and we hung them up.
They look awesome.

When Mrs James came to are room she did art. We picked a peukeko & started putting red blew & black paper on the peukeko.Then we picked a backgred to sick the peukeko.All the backgred where defenit.

panto pantomonium

On the 17Th of may i am going to the year 6 predation it is called the panto pandemonium .And it is really exciting because my sister is in it and my gran and guv.And when it was finished we all went home and had a hot chocolate.And the next night she had to do another preference.

Geting a book from the library

last week I got two books from the library and they were both dog books and the title of the dog books were dogs and puppy's and the other books title was the book of all the dogs in the world. In the dogs and puppy book there is some cool facts and in the book of all the dogs in the world there is lots and lots of different types of dogs in that book and I Love dogs, I love all sorts of dogs because I have a Labrador at home and he is very very cute and I take good care of him. When I get a house I want my room to be full of dog and Manchester united stuff. Their is basically nothing that I like except dogs.

In room15 we are making peace banners.Kaipoi borough school came up with the idea of the peace banner.To make the border we used our hand print next we were allowed to draw peace things in the middle of it.Then we were allowed to paint the pictures we drawe.Next we wait for the paint to dry and then we can draw more sings.We had fun.

we are doing very fun,ausome,cool peace banner we have to make a boarder out of our and buddy's hand print on a peace of fabric and had to draw and wright peaceful things like make peace last forever we got this idea from two things one a news letter and two to stop all wars to make us live a peaceful life. i think its great that we are supporting the world peace day to make the world a better place will you help us as well?

cross country

On Monday it was Cross country we had to run two laps on the field and a extra block. We jumped over the tiers and the hay stacks.Their where sausage sizzles & burgers hot chocolates and coffee for the mothers.I came around the teens and twenty's.my little brother came seventh and did two laps around the field my oldest brother had to do six laps and a extra block he came around 9,8,7.I was tired after i ran two laps and a extra block.My mum was not there when i was running or my brothers.The sausage sizzles where one dollar.50 and the burgers where two dollars or two dollars.50 My twin brother Jack came seventh or ninth.After we had done cross country we went to room 16 too do an activity.
